We are a small team, funded on a project-by-project basis. We are a work in progress and seek to continually evolve and learn.

We value transparency and in this spirit, the reality of a small arts organisation such as ours is that we undergo unpaid fundraising in between projects to secure funds to realise future projects.

We value patience, kindness, mutual respect and compassion, particularly as we try to find new ways of working, that challenge ‘industry norms’.
